After 15 days of the training program, initially where we set a training module for our trainee artisans to introduce new designs and crafts for their learning. By utilizing the resources through this training program, they crafted decent products by the prototypes of this training. Also, they are very keen to learn new skills and punctual about their work. Adding to this our trainer for this program also put their efforts to teach them very well, and sharpen their skills. In this short period of time, they learned a lot and were confident to make many more Embroidery crafts in the future. Our aim is to provide the resources to adopt the skills to make them self-reliant for future opportunities.
