Energizing activities in our skill training program was set for the artisans to keep them motivated, energetic, and focused on their learning. Following the concept of learning by doing, in these activities the first one was Ulzan-Sulzan, where our artisans improved team building, coordination, and critical thinking. Adding to this second one was the Balloon game where learned how they can make themselves more creative. As normally we never thought about creativity but throughout these activities we make them realize how they can be more creative, productive and enhance their enthusiasm for learning.
